About The Well Outreach
Simply stated, the Well Outreach exists to provide for the needs of our community. This is accomplished by serving those in need through supporting spiritual, emotional and physical growth. Our three programs include a weekly food pantry, our Jetpack Program, and mobile food pantries. The hunger needs of our community is great, and that need is continuing to grow month by month, year by year.

Weekly Food Pantry
Our weekly food pantry provides a family in need with a week’s worth of groceries, up to twice a month. We are currently serving over 1500+ families in our community per month through what we call our “Client Choice” model. This model allows our guests to have the dignity of choice by being able to select which grocery items best suit their nutritional needs.

Jetpack Program
The JetPack Program is a backpack food program providing nutritious, non-perishable food to hungry children of food-deficient households for the weekend during the school year. Each week 1,000 students in need from schools in Maury and Williamson Counties are able to receive a “jetpack” full of food.

Mobile Food Pantry
Through our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, we host and financially support 12-15 mobile food pantries throughout the year. These mobile food pantries allow us to infuse over 300,000 pounds of food into communities in need.

Family Coaching Support
The Well Outreach is partnering with the Tennessee Alliance for Economic Mobility (TAEM) to offer family coaching support. This program offers one on one coaching with a dedicated family coach, coupled with additional resources, to help families obtain a greater position of economic stability.
